However, proving constructive possession is different. It […]

Does Pennsylvania Allow You to Claim Self-Defense When Charged with Homicide? YES

Brad V. Shuttleworth, Esq. | Last Updated: April 20, 2026

“Subpoena to Frontier Re: Strike 3 Holdings, LLC vs John Doe IP….” If you have received the same notification from your internet provider, the stress is unlike any other that I have ever experienced. The fear, the uncertainty, what do you do next? What you do know, or most importantly what you should know, is that you can’t simply ignore a subpoena. After the shock of realizing that I was being sued, my next step was one of due diligence… seeking legal representation to protect myself… and my assets. I researched, and researched, and researched… Strike 3 Holdings, the nature and substance of its aggressive, boilerplate, and expensive lawsuits… and of the attorneys who specialize in representing individuals such as myself to aggressively protect my financial interest.

Luckily, there were people who, as I am now doing, made the decision to share their good fortune in hiring Brad Shuttleworth to represent them in this matter. I liken him, as I would to a great physician dealing with one’s health… experienced, extremely competent, and possessing that so often lacking, but critical quality… a reassuring bedside manner. Brad is personable, thorough, and from the minute you first speak with him, disarming and reassuring. I intuitively knew that this attorney would represent me as if I was his most important client. Bedside manner! And I was right. I made the best choice. And this dreadful ordeal is now in my rearview mirror. I highly recommend Brad to guide you through this stressful journey.
